Academic success is the ambition of every student and it is our ambition as well. We are an educational institute focused on achieving the best for our students and success in their examinations. In order to achieve this we provide higher class contact hours than comparable colleges, examination technique classes, structured revision sessions and effective academic counselling.
Most of our teaching centres on lectures, to give the students the basic framework of the subject. In addition we have seminars, small classes held four times a week to work to provide the students with an opportunity to discuss legal problems and issues. The School also organizes visits when appropriate to law centres. The School frequently also arranges for student visits to the Supreme Court, National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan.
The Islamabad School of Law has a well-stocked library. In addition to the prescribed text and casebooks the School library has a good collection of Journals. The majority of the books are on open access and can be borrowed by the students.
The institution has well-furnished lecture and seminar rooms. There is also a comfortable student’s common room in which students can relax with a game of pool or watch television.
